Step-by-Step Application Process for PhD Programmed at Sapienza University of Rome
- Go to Login Page Click here and log in with your account credentials. If you don’t have an account, click on “Registration” (Register) to create one.
- Click on “DOTTORATI” (PhDs). Select “BANDO ONLINE/APPLICATION FORM.
- Select Your Degree or Academic Career. Choose the degree or academic career that
makes you eligible to apply for the PhD program. - Check and Confirm Your Information. Verify the information you have entered. Click
“Confirma I data insert – confirm and proceed” to confirm or “Modifica i dati inseriti –
modify” to make changes. - Submit a New Application. Click on “Presenta una nuova domanda” (Submit a new
application) to start a new application. - Select a PhD Programmed. Choose the PhD program you wish to apply for. Agree to the
competition regulations by checking the box and click “Procedi con la presentation
della domanda” (Proceed with the application). - Self-Declaration Statement. Verify all information, then click on “Dichiaro quanto
sopra e desidero procedere” (I declare the above and wish to proceed) and “Procedi con
la compilazione della domanda” (Proceed with completing the application). - Upload Required Documents. Upload any required documents specified by the selected
PhD program. Click on “Procedi con la compilazione” (Proceed to complete the
application). - Select the Admission Procedure. Choose the Admission procedure from the drop-down
menu. Click on “Conferma questa opzione” (Confirm this option) and proceed with the
application. - Apply. Click on “Inserisci la domanda” (Apply) to submit your application.
- Complete the Application. Ensure all sections of the application are filled in. Use the
buttons on the right menu: “Pagamento/Payment”, “Documenti”, and “Chiudi e
trasmetti/Submit”. To finalize, click “Chiudi e trasmetti/Submit” and then “OK”. - Payment of Participation Fee. The fee must be paid through the PagoPA system
integrated into the online form. Click on “Paga il contributo” (Payment) and follow the
instructions. It’s recommended to pay by credit card for immediate transaction visibility. - Receipt. Print the application submission receipt. If payment is made before submission,
it will appear on the receipt. If not, ensure payment is made by the deadline (June 20,
2024, 23:59 local time). Keep the receipt for presentation if requested by the Selection
